The Insight Network is an established network of therapists and psychiatrists in the UK who offer evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive analytical therapy (CAT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR). These therapies are designed to help resolve a range of common issues we face in our day-to-day lives.

During your first appointment, an accredited therapist or psychiatrist will ask about your history and carry out a full assessment. A treatment plan will be developed detailing the goals and objectives that you want to achieve.

CBT, DBT, CAT and EMDR are all treatments available from The Insight Network whose therapies include:
