Life Works' skilled and experienced counsellors address the full spectrum of issues from body image, perfectionism, control and the chronic nature that is central to eating disorders. They use a variety of techniques to facilitate the necessary shame reduction and disease concept work.
The goal at Life Works is facilitate the client's understanding of the underlying causes of their disorder, help them break free from the cycle of addiction whilst working towards self-acceptance and a healthy eating plan.

Life Works offers a free initial assessment service, which can be conducted over the phone or in person at the treatment centre in Old Woking. This free and strictly confidential service allows you to discuss your concerns for either yourself or a loved one with a highly qualified assessment counsellor in a compassionate and non-judgemental atmosphere.
