Infertility treatment in London: Assisted Conception Unit at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust

The Assisted Conception Unit (ACU), based at Guy’s Hospital in the centre of London, is part of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

 

Established in 199, this London centre has developed a reputation for excellence in infertiity treatment  in a very short period of time and is indeed one of the innovators in the field of fertility.

 

Regularly featured on the BBC and other television channels, their assisted conception services are led by world renowned clinicians reputed for their expertise in their chosen fields.  The unit is also involved in various research projects and has developed new techniques which have been implemented by clinics around the country and is only one of a few in the UK licensed to carry out stem cell research.
