I was told I had severe phimosis, and that I had it since I was born. I couldn't see the head (btw I'm 18) and was told I needed an operation. I have a phobia of needles, and when I was told this news by my local GP I fainted! At the hospital I met with mr.fenn, and he is amazing. He asked me questions about myself and seemed genuinely interested, distracting me whilst he looked at my penins. He answered all questions, no awkwardness. The day of the operation (Valentine's Day)???? He met me in the morning in my own room with a nice bed and tv, and I later met my the person who would give me the injection. He offered me the injection or I could go out with a mask. The mask however would take a minute and people feel clostrophobic, so I took the injection. He gave me loads of numbing jel, and when I went down with the nurse, I could hardly feel it. It was all very calm, and my nurse was even holding my arm as I drifted off to comfort me, amazing top class support. After, I was checked up on every 15 minutes, once even twice in 2 minites! I, and my mother were given food and tea, and when I went for a pee the first time, the nurse basically bare hugged me to the toilet. It's amazing how good the operation was, and even more amazing how good the service was. 100% reccomend, and I'll defiantly be going back, even though I hope not, but you know what I mean.

My treatment was minor, and my visit as a day patient was only for a few hours, however I still feel I want to write a review.
My visit ran to time, all the staff were extremely friendly, and at the same time professional. I was looked after really well, even to the point of given a sandwich and coffee after my treatment.
