Home Sleep Study equipment is dispatched to your home, for you to use overnight.
The Home Sleep Study is undertaken by a recorder, which is small, lightweight and easy to wear. This enables you to conduct a sleep study from the comfort of your own home and at your own convenience. In addition you and your bed partner will need to complete a questionnaire.
Home Sleep Study equipment will be collected and the data assessed by a Physician.
Diagnosis and recommended treatment will be provided within 15 working days from the receipt of the equipment and completed questionnaire.
Medical Insurance often pays for Home Sleep Study provided the home sleep study is diagnosed by a physician.

Sleepwell ™
Sleepwell is the most clinically successful and advanced two-piece mouth piece in the market to help quit snoring. It is also the most cost effective, long term snoring treatment. It addresses a number of important key features including maximum comfort, retention and full patient adjustability. It is produced by specially trained and dedicated technicians, customised to fit your mouth for maximum comfort and is self-adjustable.
Snoresolve
Snoresolve is a clinically proven mandibular advancement splint to treat snoring. Snoresolve is worn in the mouth at night to hold the lower jaw slightly forward. This reduces the risk of the airway narrowing, which causes the vibration of the soft tissue and the sound of snoring. It is custom-made for comfort and comes with DVD and written instructions.
Snoreshield
Snoreshield is a simple pre-formed thermo plastic Boil & Bite mandibular advancement splint. This splint reduces snoring for some patients and is worn at night whilst asleep. It takes less than 5 minutes to mould Snoreshield to your teeth. Snoreshield is not as effective as Snoresolve or Sleepwell.
Sleep Clenching Inhibitor (SCI)
Many people clench and/or grind their teeth at night whilst asleep and do not even realise it! This is due to a tensing of the jaw muscles bringing the upper and lower teeth under immense pressure. Not only does this cause damage to the teeth but is often the cause of headaches, jaw and neck pain.
Treatment with the
SCI is non invasive and it is only worn at night. The SCI will reduce tensing of jaw muscles and the risk of damage to teeth, damage to valuable dental restorations, headaches upon awakening and jaw and neck pains.
