Description

An insurance that will pay for travel and accommodation costs, or the return of the deceased in the event a close relative suffering a serious accident, illness or passing away.  If a medical emergency occurs, Kinsure make all the necessary arrangements for you to travel to be with your relative at the earliest opportunity.
 

For 

  • UK expatriates who live abroad and have close relatives in the UK.
  • UK residents with if one of your close relatives who live abroad
  • Age 18 and over with no upper age limit
  • Zone 1 Europe
  • Zone 2 Rest of world- excluding USA
 
Close relative’ is - Mother, mother-in-law, father, father-in-law, stepmother, stepfather, daughter, daughter-in-law, son, son-in-law, (including legally adopted daughter or son), stepchild, sister, sister-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, granddaughter, grandson, ex husband, ex wife, and their dependants under 18 years of age (in full-time education and residing with them)
 
Serious accident or illness is when a Close Relative is admitted to a Hospital bed on the advice of a physician for a minimum of three consecutive nights..
