Gives you  healthcare support and a cash benefit if incapacity prevents you from completing routine activities of daily living
 

For

  • Those who do not need care now , but may need long term care in the future
  • age 60 to 74
 

Cover

  • 10 % of benefit on failing to perform one activity of daily living
  • 90 % of benefit on failing to perform second activity of daily living
  • Care in a home or in your own home
  • Activities of daily living;
    1) Washing yourself
    2) Moving from room to room
    3) Dressing yourself
    4) Moving from your bed to a chair and back again
    5) Using the toilet
    5) Feeding yourself
 

Basis of cover

  • Payments begin on failure of one activity
  • Payments end on failure of second activity
  • Cover ends if cash sum withdrawn
  • Monthly  premium
  • Premium depends on age and number of units bought
