If your health starts to fail a Registered Nurse will visit you when you make a claim to:

Help work out how you can live more comfortably and independently

Give you advice on small changes you can make to your lifestyle to improve your wellbeing
Comprehensive Care Plan
The nurse will talk to you and find out how your health is changing and what your preferences are for the future. She will develop a personal care plan providing you with:

Recommendations to help you keep your independence

Details of adaptations to your home that will make your life more comfortable

Helpful products, where to find them and what they cost

Guidance on getting government help and community care
Cash when you need it
Cash payment of up to £10,000 if you need help with everyday activities.
