• Anyone age 18  to 99
• Where the individual is already suffering from physical or mental disability, and either already receiving or about to receive 'paid-for' care

• The person must be in receipt of care  due to;
  • Mental impairment or
  • Failure to perform any 1 out of 5  activities of daily living;
  • Activities of daily living:-

    1) Continence

    2) Dressing

    3) Feeding

    4) Washing

    5) Toileting

• Payments begin immediately
• Payments direct to care provider
• Cover ends at death
