Payback levels; some at 100%, some at 75%, some at 50%

• Planned treatment outside the UK
• Routine treatment outside the UK
• Maintenance outside the UK
• Pre-existing conditions
• Specialist dental treatment
• Cosmetic treatment
• Tooth whitening, including bleaching and laser whitening
• Dental consumables
• Dental practice plan and dental insurance premiums
• Missed appointment fees and administration fees
• Drugs and dental prescription charges
• Hypnosis
• Dental implants
• Veneers
• Damage to tooth or mouth jewelry
• Treatment as a result of participating in a dangerous sport where appropriate mouth protection has not been worn

Note

• Dental treatment and accident & emergency benefits are available once your policy has been in place for three months

• There is a three month qualifying period for Mouth Cancer Cover

• Treatment identified in the qualifying period not covered

• If you have not had a check-up for two years prior to taking out your policy, treatment identified in the first check-up after taking out the policy will not be covered
