Maximum amount payable

• Bought in units

• Sickness £12 a week

Basis of cover

• Normal occupation

• 100% for first 26 weeks

• 50% for next  26 weeks

• 25% a week after 52 weeks, until well again or reach 65

• Reviewable premium at annual renewal

• Premium age-banded

Benefits

• You choose the amount of cover

• Endowment assurance payable at death or 65 male , 60 female

• Optical grant

• Dental grant

• Confinement grant
