Description 

Protects your monthly mortgage payments if accident sickness or unemployment prevents you from working.

You can cover 100% of your mortgage payments, plus 25% extra for your mortgage related insurance such as mortgage endowment, life insurance or building and content insurance.

For 

• Aged 18 to 64
• Employees and self- employed and contract workers

Maximum amount payable

• £1500 a month
• 75% of net income

• The payments you receive are tax free and are in addition to Statutory Sick Pay or Job Seekers Allowance

• Premium based on age

• No medicals are required

• Individual habits eg smoking, do not affect your eligibility

• Includes dangerous occupations and dangerous pursuits
