AXA PPP healthcare's
International Health Plan has been developed
and tailored to meet the needs of their customers based on over 35 years of experience. The
International Health Plan is available to expatriates who live and/or
work outside of their home country for more than six months of the
year - as well as to residents living in their home country.
AXA PPP's plans are designed to give their customers access to eligible treatment when they need it.
Three levels of cover - designed for individual needs
AXA PPP healthcare realise that not everyone is the same and have built three
different levels of cover to satisfy the different requirements of
people worldwide.
Comprehensive
This is AXA PPP's most popular plan. As the name suggests, it provides
comprehensive cover for:
- in-patient treatment
- day-patient treatment
- out-patient treatment, including travel and childhood vaccinations.
This option also covers:
- non-routine dental treatment
- eyesight tests
- a contribution of £100 a year towards prescription spectacles and contact lenses.
Standard
The
Standard Plan offers similar in-patient and day-patient cover to
the Comprehensive option and is specifically designed for people who do
not require extensive out-patient cover. However, out-patient surgical
procedures are covered.
Prestige
This is the top of the range plan. The
Prestige Plan provides all of the benefits of the Comprehensive option, and in addition includes:
- routine pregnancy cover
- adult health screen
- disability compensation cover
- Annual Travel Insurance
A detailed
comparison of all three plans is available online to help you decide what is best for your circumstances.
All three plans are available for
three geographical areas of cover: worldwide, worldwide excluding USA and Canada and Europe (including many countries from the former Soviet Union).
