Executive Care Group is the future of care with an established past. Owner, founder and Chief Executive, Mrs Jennifer Houghton has substantial experience of over 18 years in the industry and is recognised as being among the largest Private Care Home operators. 
 
The group believes that our Homes and Staff are there to meet individual needs, yet securing the welfare and social inclusion of the people who live in them.  We acknowledge people have unique and often complex needs, and as such, specific knowledge, skills and facilities are required in order for us to deliver an outstanding and comprehensive service. 
 
Each of the Homes are managed on site by a highly qualified and skilled manager, supported by our Operations Director, Mrs Joan Finley, who has over 20 years experience in the field, has a BA in Public Administration and Human Studies and is a qualified nurse.  In addition there is an Estates Department and a Financial Support Team ensuring the Company and more importantly the residents, are in safe hands.  We have excellent working relationships with all the Local Authorities, Health Authorities and Registration Units within the areas we operate.

Each of our Care Homes offer hotel standard accommodation. All facilities are en suite, with Telephone and TV points. Coffee shops and Hairdressing salons, luxurious lounges and dining rooms make a truly wonderful, caring environment in which to live. 
 
Executive Care Group is a progressive and expanding organisation.  We have our own accredited Training School, which enables all of our staff to continually have the skills required to perform their caring roles, and to ensure that they are fully trained and qualified to meet the requirements of the Commission of Social Care Inspectorate.
