Euromedica: Cosmetic and plastic surgery in Poland
Euromedica Cosmetic Surgery provides high quality cosmetic surgery at roughly half the price of equivalent surgery in the UK. They use fully qualified surgeons with years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Their patients are provided with all inclusive accommodation in their purpose-built recuperation centre, complete with an in-house salon offering expert makeovers. All procedures are conducted in the adjacent clinic, ensuring the availability of 24-hour medical cover and comprehensive aftercare.
Alina Deeble, founder of Euromedica, carries out the initial consultation with her clients in the UK, covering both the medical and non-medical aspects of the trip. She also accompanies them to Poland to ensure that they are properly cared for throughout their stay.
The whole concept underpinning Euromedica's provision of cosmetic surgery abroad relies on providing holistic aftercare for clients in a luxury recuperation centre. They concentrate on providing extremely high levels of hygiene to minimise the risk of post-operative infection. Every day, including Saturday and Sunday, all patients are examined and have their incisions cleaned and sterilised by their medical staff.
You can fly to Wroclaw, Poland with either British Airways or the Polish Airline LOT from either Manchester or Heathrow, or by Ryanair from Stansted, Glasgow or Liverpool. You will be provided with recommended flight details and details of other patients who will be travelling on the same flight so that you can arrange to meet up. In Wroclaw you will be met by a Euromedica representative who will take you to your accomodation.

Purpose-built state-of-the-art clinic
The surgery is performed in a brand new purpose-built clinic, directly adjacent to the recuperation centre where patients stay during their visit. The clinic is equipped with three operating theatres fitted with the most up-to-date equipment and has been built to the very latest Polish Health Service standards.
The clinic is efficiently run by highly trained and dedicated medical staff, which include specialists in dermatology and varicose veins in addition to the full range of cosmetic procedures offered by Euromedica Cosmetic Surgery.
Before and after cosmetic surgery
Procedures offered
Euromedica offers a comprehensive range of corrective procedures for both men and women.
A basic health check is carried out prior to surgery, covering haemoglobin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, blood clotting time and electrolytes, plus an ECG for any patients due to undergo a general aesthetic. These tests are included in the basic price, but you can have a broad range of additional health tests at a Medical Diagnostic Centre.
The surgery is carried out within the first few days of arrival in Poland following a final medical consultation with the cosmetic surgeon. Thereafter daily trips by the nurse to the recuperation centre where patients stay ensure a high level of aftercare throughout the recovery period. During the second week, ample time is devoted to leisure activities.
Total package prices include the surgery, pre-operative medical tests, daily medical care (changing of dressings, painkillers, ointments, sleeping tablets - with the surgeon's permission), food and accommodation. A full Euromedica Cosmetic Surgery price list with detailed information is available on request.
Customers are responsible for booking their own flights. The price of flights varies from £50 to £100 in high season.
Exceptional aftercare
They specialise in providing aftercare that is geared towards the process of post-operative skin renewal and treatment of scar tissue. People's healing abilities vary. The majority of their patients heal very well within 2 weeks, whereas some may suffer longer from post-operative bruising. They give advice on treatments that are highly beneficial to patients who have undergone surgery with the aim of reducing healing time. They also provide access to a range of specialist skin care products developed by dermatologists that minimise both post-operative bruising and post-operative scarring.
The fact that their patients come to them in groups of 6 to 10 provides a highly therapeutic pre and post-operative environment which is conducive to better and faster healing. Being in a group provides their clients with the ability to compare their healing rate with each other, increasing the feeling of reassurance that everything is running smoothly.
Excellent cosmetic surgery combined with the luxury of aftercare provided in their recuperation centre has resulted in high customer satisfaction, with many of their clients coming back for further surgery and also recommending their services to others.
